Aim: MCA further extended timelines for filing forms by LLPs & Companies

Impact/Result: MCA extended timelines for filing forms by LLPs & Companies:
Between March 15, 2020 and July 31, 2020:
1. Name expiring – New co. incorporation – Extended by 20 days beyond 30-Jun-20
2. Name expiring – Change of name of existing Co. – Extended by 60 days beyond 30-Jun-20
3. Last date of resubmission (RSUB) for companies (includes IEPF-5 & IEPF-7) (extension on case to case basis for SRNs already marked under NTBR) – Additional 15 days beyond 30-Jun-20
4. Name expiring for LLP (reserved for 90 days) (FiLLip/Form 5): (i) Incorporation, (ii) Change of name – Extended by 20 days beyond 30-Jun-20
5. Last date of resubmission for LLPs (extension on case to case basis for SRNs already marked under NTBR) – Additional 15 days beyond 30-Jun-20
6. Last date for e-verification report submission (normal or RSUB) {extension on case to case basis for SRNs already marked ‘ending for Rejection u/r 7(3)’ or ‘u/r 7(7)’} – Additional 15 days beyond 30-Jun-20.
